Workmanship Warranty – 5 Years

KTPS Co. Pty Ltd provides a comprehensive 5-year workmanship warranty on all our solar and battery system installations. This warranty covers any faults or defects directly related to the quality of our installation work, including but not limited to:

• Improper mounting or racking of solar panels or batteries
• Incorrect or unsafe electrical wiring or terminations
• Faulty system integration or connections
• Water ingress due to incorrect sealing of roof penetrations
   

This warranty ensures that any workmanship-related issues arising as a result of our installation practices will be rectified at no cost to you, provided the system has been used and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and reasonable industry standards.

Exclusions:

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Equipment faults or defects covered by manufacturer warranties
• Damage caused by third parties, weather events, pests, or unauthorised modifications
• General wear and tear not resulting from installation workmanship
• Customer failure to comply with maintenance or inspection requirements
• Any repairs or modifications not performed or authorised by KTPS
   

Claim Process:

To make a claim, please notify KTPS in writing within 14 days of identifying the issue. We may request supporting information (e.g. photos, system performance data, or access to the system) and will arrange a qualified technician to assess and rectify the issue where eligible under this warranty.
