 At KTPS Co. Pty Ltd, we are committed to supporting our customers long after installation. If you experience a fault or issue related to workmanship or product performance, we offer a streamlined warranty claim process to resolve it efficiently.


Step 1: Identify the Issue

As soon as you become aware of a potential issue with your system (e.g. reduced performance, system alert, visible damage, or water ingress), please take note of the following:

  • Nature of the issue
  • Approximate date the issue started
  • Any error messages from your inverter or battery monitoring system
  • Photographs (if visible damage is present)
     

Step 2: Lodge Your Claim

Submit your warranty claim in writing via one of the following methods:

  • Email: support@ktps.com.au
  • Post: KTPS Co. Pty Ltd, [10 Elstead Way, Morley WA 6062]
  • Online: Visit our website at www.ktps.com.au and use the Warranty Claim Form
     

Please include:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Installation address
  • KTPS job or invoice number (if available)
  • A description of the problem and supporting information (photos, error messages, etc.)
     

Step 3: Acknowledgement of Claim

Once we receive your claim, you will receive a written acknowledgement within 3 business days, confirming receipt and outlining the next steps.


Step 4: Assessment

Our technical team will review your claim and, if necessary, arrange a site inspection. If the issue is deemed to be:

  • Under Workmanship Warranty: KTPS will repair or rectify the issue at no cost to you.
  • Under Manufacturer Warranty: KTPS will coordinate with the equipment manufacturer to facilitate the replacement or repair.
  • Outside Warranty Coverage: We will advise you of your options, including a quote for repair if applicable.
     

Step 5: Resolution

We aim to resolve all valid warranty claims within 10 business days of assessment. In cases requiring replacement parts or manufacturer intervention, we will keep you informed of expected timelines.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • All claims must be made within the applicable warranty period.
  • Your warranty may be void if third-party work was conducted without KTPS approval.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of becoming aware of the issue.
